Suitable for the determination of the content of Miscellaneous impurity elements other than hydrogen and inert gas elements in BGO crystal materials, the mass fraction Measurement range is 0.001 μg/g to 1,000 μg/g. Also suitable for the measurement of the content of impurity elements with mass fraction greater than 1,000 μg/g, corrected by appropriate standard samples.
