This standard describes methods for the determination of mercury content in lead concentrates, covering two methods: Atomic fluorescence spectrometry, AFS and solid injection direct method. It is suitable for the rapid and accurate determination of mercury content in lead concentrates. Method 1 is applicable in the range of 0.00010% to 0.500%, and Method 2 is applicable in the range of 0.0000010% to 0.0250%.
