This standard describes three methods for the determination of selenium in feed: Atomic fluorescence spectrometry, AFS, Spectrophotometric method, Spectrophotometry and Inductance-coupled Plasma Mass spectrometry. Different methods are suitable for different types of feed, ensuring accurate determination of selenium content in different Sample types and content ranges.
