GB/T 713.3-2023 is a standard for low alloy steel plates used in pressure equipment. This standard specifies the grade representation, order content, dimensions, shape, weight, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, Encasement, marking and mass certificate of low alloy steel plates with low temperature performance. It is suitable for low alloy steel plates with a thickness of 5 mm to 120 mm, and is used in the manufacture of pressure equipment with a service temperature of not less than -70 ° C.
