This standard describes the general principles of chemical simulation tests for evaluating the biological degradation of chemical substances discharged in wastewater, including test principles, applicability and limitations, subject information, reference substances, mass assurance and quality control, data and reports. Applicable to water-soluble or weakly water-soluble non-volatile test substances, can be used to evaluate their biological degradation performance in wastewater.
