This standard specifies the principle, testing machine, specimen, test procedure, calculation and test report of resilience modulus of metallic materials by rate jump method. Instrumented indentation method suitable for test force control or displacement control is suitable for testing the resilience modulus of metallic materials, especially for metallic materials with obvious creeping phenomenon.
