GB/T 41503 - 2022 specifies the method of using a pneumatic nozzle mixed spray gun to prepare a refractory spray block for amorphous refractory materials. The standard specifies the parameters and operation procedures of the spray gun equipment, including raw material preparation, injection process and test block forming conditions. Through a unified and standardized preparatory process, representative test blocks can be obtained, which provides a basis for performance testing and mass evaluation of amorphous refractory materials, and helps to improve the level of product mass control and promote its application in thermal equipment such as industrial kilns.
