This standard specifies the weathering resistance requirements for outdoor plastic products used in facilities along highways, including product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and details of test reports. The scope of application includes various types of outdoor plastic products used in facilities along highways, fiberglass reinforced plastic products and organic anti-corrosion coatings painted outside facilities. The same type of outdoor products on municipal facilities and railway facilities can also be evaluated and tested with reference to the requirements of this standard.
