This standard details methods for qualitative and quantitative analysis of 55 drugs of abuse and their metabolites in human hair using liquid chromatograph - Mass spectrometry (LC-MS). Covering the entire process from sample preparation to data processing, it is applicable to toxicology analysis in the field of drug abuse monitoring and justice. This standard refers to relevant technical specification documents to ensure standardization and Reliability of test methods, including specifications and test methods for water used in analytical laboratories (GB/T 6682) and terminology for toxicology analysis (GA/T 122). This standard applies to terms and definitions defined in GA/T 122 without the need to define additional terms. This standard requires analysis using LC-MS methods after hair samples have been extracted. Retention time, mass spectrometry characteristic ion pair and ion pair abundance ratio were used for qualitative judgment of the drug, and the Chromatogram area was used for quantitative analysis. External standard method or Internal standafard method could be selected.
