GB/T 3510-2023 "Determination of the plasticity of unvulcanized rubber, Rapid plasticity meter method" specifies the method of determining the plasticity index of unvulcanized rubber using a rapid plasticity meter. This standard is applicable to the determination of the plasticity of various unvulcanized rubber samples, by rapid plasticity meter method, that is, at a certain temperature, the rubber sample is placed under pressure to determine its deformation in a fixed time. These test results enable to evaluate the plasticity of the rubber before processing, to guide the production process of Rubber and the selection of raw materials, to ensure that the performance of the final product meets the requirements.
