GB/T 4324.2-2023 《Methods for chemical analysis of tungsten—Part 2:Determination of bismuth and arsenic contents》 Related products

This document describes in detail the method for the determination of bismuth and arsenic content in tungsten and tungsten alloys. It is suitable for the determination of bismuth and arsenic content in tungsten powder, tungstic acid, tungsten bar, tungsten trioxide, blue tungsten, purple tungsten, tungsten carbide, ammonium metatungstate, ammonium paratungstate and other forms of tungsten materials. The determination range is 0.00001%~ 0.020% mass fraction. In the normative reference documents, including the specifications and test methods for water used in analytical laboratories, the representation and determination of numerical revision rules and limit values, and the basic terms for chemical analysis of metallurgical products. Terms and definitions, the terms and definitions applicable to this document are determined by GB/T 17433. The specific analysis methods use different chemical analysis methods according to different tungsten materials, including hydrogen peroxide and sodiumhydrate analysis, sodiumhydrate analysis, and sodiumhydrate analysis after burning tungsten trioxide. The analysis steps use citric acid complexing crane, thiourea to eliminate impurity interference, ascorbic acid pre-reduction of bismuth and arsenic, and finally use Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometer (AFS) to determine the Fluorescence intensity of bismuth and arsenic. The detailed steps and accurate determination range of this method ensure reliable determination of bismuth and arsenic content in tungsten and tungsten alloys.
