GB/T 3253.4-2009 《Methods for chemical analysis of antimony and antimony trioxide - Determination of sulfur content in antimony - Burning and sodium hydroxide titration method》 Related products

This standard specifies a method for the determination of sulfur in antimony. The sample is burned in a high-temperature oxygen stream to convert sulfur into sulfur dioxide, and then converted into sulfuric acid by hydrogen peroxide absorption. The methyl red-methylene blue solution is used as an indicator, and the titration is until the solution changes from purple to bright green. The reagents used are analytical pure reagents and tertiary water, including potassium hydroxide, anhydrous calcium chloride, hydrogen peroxide absorption solution, methyl red-methylene blue mixed indicator, sodiumhydrate standard titration solution, etc.
