This standard specifies a method for determining the surface drying time of self-drying products. Under the specified drying conditions, by gently brushing the surface of the paint film with a small Glass ball, the paint film reaches a surface dry state when the small Glass ball can move without damaging the surface of the paint film. This standard applies to the production and application of coatings and varnishes to ensure the assessment and control of the drying mass of the product.
