This standard specifies the principles, devices, specimen prepatives, steps, expression of results and test reports for the determination of the resistance to penetration of exterior insulation systems. Applicable to exterior insulation thin plaster systems, its resistance to penetration is reflected by measuring the maximum resistance to pressure on the surface of the system. The standard cites the definitions in GB/T 4132 thermal insulation materials and related terms, and describes in detail the requirements of the testing machine and the test procedures to ensure the accuracy and repeatability of the test.
