GB/T 5313-2023 "Thickness direction performance steel plate" specifies the method of grade representation, technical requirements, sample and sample preparation, test method and inspection rules for thickness direction performance steel plate. This standard is applicable to the thickness of 15mm to 400mm killed steel plate, mainly evaluate the performance of steel plate in the direction perpendicular to the surface, reflecting its lamellar tear resistance. The standard refers to GB/T 228.1 "Metallic materials tensile test part 1: test method at room temperature", GB/T 2970 "thick steel plate ultrasonic detection method" and GB/T 17505 "steel and steel products delivery general technical requirements" and other documents to ensure the standardization and accuracy of the test process. The grade of the steel plate consists of the original grade and the thickness direction performance class (Z15, Z25 or Z35), such as Q355GJDZ25 in the example, where Z25 represents the grade of thickness direction performance, and the minimum average cross-sectional cissing rate is 25%.
