Epoxy phenolic anti-corrosion coatings: a versatile choice for corrosion protection

Epoxy phenolic anticorrosive coating is a special coating made of epoxy resin and phenolic resin. After printing and coating, this kind of coating can be baked at high temperature to form a cross-linked network polymer coating film. It has a variety of excellent properties, including resistance to dilute acids, dilute alkali, hydrogen sulfide and organic solvent penetration. Preparation:

First, add mica iron oxide, tetrabasic zinc chromium yellow, aluminum powder slurry, talc powder and a part of silicone oil to the reinforced phenolic resin (50% solution), and then grind and disperse it until it reaches a certain fineness. Next, add the epoxy resin, the remaining reinforcing phenolic resin (50% solution) and the remaining silicone oil, and mix evenly.
