Viscosity Cup Test Instructions

Place the viscometer on a horizontal position, place a 100ml measuring cup under the viscometer, heat the adhesive sample to 25+0.5°C in advance, block the leak hole of the viscometer with your left middle finger, and quickly pour the sample into the viscometer cup , Use a glass rod to scrape air bubbles and excess samples into the groove, so that the liquid level in the cup is flush with the edge of the cup. If the room temperature is higher than 25°C, control the sample at 25-0.5 in advance. Release the tightly pressed left middle finger to let the adhesive flow out, and start the stopwatch at the same time to record the time (s) when the flow of the adhesive flows out of the leak hole of the viscometer.
