"Research on Accelerated Aging Test of Fluoropolyurethane Coatings for Aviation" conducted laboratory accelerated aging tests on fluoropolyurethane skin coatings for aviation, and tracked and detected the changes in the coating loss rate and color difference during the test, using EIS technology The change of coating resistance during the accelerated aging test was tested in situ, and the characteristics of its corrosion failure were analyzed.

The conclusions show that: (1) With the accelerated aging test, the loss of light and color difference of the fluoropolyurethane coating change relatively little, and the main reason for the failure of the coating system is the electrochemical reaction at the coating/metal interface.

(2) There are few defects in the coating of the fluoropolyurethane coating sample, and the coating is equivalent to a pure capacitor, which blocks the corrosive medium and protects the substrate from corrosion damage.

(3) After the accelerated aging test for 1680h, the electrochemical AC impedance spectrum of the fluoropolyurethane coating still shows pure capacitance properties, and the coating capacitance at this time calculated by the equivalent circuit is still very small, indicating that the fluoropolyurethane coating at this time The coating still plays a very good role in protecting the substrate.

(4) Compared with the accelerated aging test results of samples sprayed only with zinc yellow acrylic polyurethane organic layer, it can be seen that the fluoropolyurethane topcoat can effectively improve the anti-aging and failure performance of the primer layer.
