1. Temperature resistance test
Put the coated silicone resin paint film with different R/Si values into a digital display electric heating constant temperature Drying Oven at 200°C for 1h, then put the silicone resin sample in a box-type resistance furnace at 350°C for 1h, take it out Cool to room temperature and conduct heat resistance test. Use a magnifying glass to observe the surface condition of the paint film of the test piece. If there are no cracks, reduced adhesion, peeling, color change, edge cracking, etc., it means that the paint film has good temperature resistance.
2. Performance test of chemical resistance
Use absorbent cotton to dip in ethanol and trichlorethylene respectively, and repeatedly wipe the surface of the silicone resin paint film to observe whether the paint film has substrate exposure, softening or falling off. If one or more of the above phenomena appear, it means The resin has poor chemical resistance.
3. Thermogravimetric analysis
Using a synchronous thermal analyzer, the atmosphere is argon, the heating rate is 10°C/min, and the temperature range is from 30°C to so0°C.
4. Contact angle test
The contact angles of the resin varnish coating film and the thick film coating film with water were measured on a contact angle measuring instrument. Each measurement is completed within 10 seconds of contact between the droplet and the sample surface, and 5 different places are selected for each sample for testing, and the average value of 5 results is taken.
5. Gloss test
The gloss of the coating film at 60° was measured with a gloss meter. For each sample, 5 different places were selected for testing, and the average of 5 results was taken as the final result. For samples with many surface defects, select areas with no defects or relatively few defects to test the glossiness.
6. Pencil hardness test
Use a pencil Hardness Tester to test the pencil hardness of the silicone resin sample according to GB/T6739-2006.
7. Coating adhesion test
Use a paint film adhesion Tester, according to GB/T1720-1979, to test the paint film adhesion of silicone resin samples.
8. Impact resistance test
According to GB/T1727, place the silicone resin paint film on the iron platform of the paint film impactor, let the weight fall freely on the punch from a certain height, record the height, and conduct three tests. Use a magnifying glass to observe whether the paint film has cracks, wrinkles and peeling off.
