铅笔硬度计是一种测量涂膜机械强度的常用工具，通过使用不同硬度的铅笔来测试薄膜的硬度。《薄膜硬度铅笔试验方法》（GT/T 6739-1996）中规定了使用中华牌高级绘图铅笔，包括9H至6B等不同硬度等级，其中9H最硬，6B最软。硬度测试的方法包括试验机法和手工法，以评估涂膜的耐磨性和硬度。这些标准确保了测试的准确性和一致性。
Hardness is one of the important indicators to express the mechanical strength of the coating film. The commonly used method is the pencil scratch hardness test, that is, the hardness of the film is measured with a pencil of known hardness.
The pencils stipulated in the "Film Hardness Pencil Test Method" (GT/T 6739-1996) are Zhonghua brand advanced drawing pencils: 9H, 8H, 7H, 6H, 5H, 4H, 3H, 2H, H, F, HB, B, 2B, 3B, 4B, 5B, 6B, among which 9H is the hardest and 6B is the softest. There are two methods of determination: testing machine method and manual method.
