Applications

 Designed according to the GB1732---79 standard, the impact strength of the paint film is measured by using heavy objects falling from a high place to impact the paint film.

Principle

Set the hammer at the required height by the controller screw, and its height can be read from the positioning mark. Press the controller screw and the controller spring will be compressed. At this time, the round hole of the controller slider and the upper cover of the controller Align the hook with the round hole at the lower bottom of the controller, so that the connected weight falls down and hits the punch. The punch acts downward on the sample plate that was placed on the pillow block in advance, and then lifts the weight body and takes it out for testing. Passed samples to observe the paint film test on the samples.

Product storage, transport and repair

During long-distance transportation and warehouse storage, the instrument should be wrapped with moisture-proof items (plastic bags), put into a wooden box and fixed with boards, and the box should be filled with soft packing to prevent vibration. The place where the instrument is stored should be dry and the air should not contain corrosive gas.
