Introduction

The QG-3 metallographic sample cutting machine is suitable for cutting general metallographic and petrographic sample materials. It uses the gravity of the spindle to cut the sample by pulling the spindle. It has high speed and strong cutting ability; the double-sided clamp structure is firmly fixed. Samples; main parts such as clamp jaws and work surface are made of stainless steel, with long service life and easy maintenance; the cutting chamber adopts a closed structure and is equipped with a safety limit switch. The left side of the cover is open and can cut long Strip-shaped specimens, transparent organic glass windows and built-in LED lighting for observation during cutting; and equipped with a circulating cooling system, the surface of the cut specimens is bright, flat, and free of burns.
