Introduction

This machine is a metallographic sample cutting machine automatically controlled by PLC and can also be controlled by an electronic handwheel. The whole machine has a solid structure and reasonable design. The variable frequency motor is directly connected to the cutting blade, which provides power transmission between the motor and the cutting blade to ensure cutting efficiency. It also adopts an electromechanical separation structure to effectively protect electrical safety, facilitate maintenance, and have a longer service life. . Using Schneider Electric and Mitsubishi software, the X, Y, and Z directions are automatically and accurately controlled. Intelligent cutting can change the feed amount according to the hardness of the material to achieve fast cutting effects. The cutting speed is controlled by frequency conversion, which has very high reliability and control capabilities.

This machine is designed for high-capacity cutting of large workpieces, making it easier to maintain machine parts and handle large workpieces. The double-door structure of sliding door and hinged door can more conveniently load large workpieces in the appropriate position, and can send workpieces into the cutting chamber from three directions: above, front, and left. The cutting room adopts a fully enclosed structure, and the safety lock is forcibly closed during operation, making it safe and reliable. Equipped with explosion-proof transparent observation window, powerful exhaust device, and dual LED lighting to make observation clearer. The red one-word cursor positioning makes cutting more accurate. The 10-inch touch screen display and control have a user-friendly design. Equipped with a mobile magnetic filtration circulating water tank, the surface of the cut specimen is bright, smooth and free of burns. It is a satisfactory equipment for cutting large specimens. It is especially suitable for cutting large workpieces and preparing burn-free samples in industries such as steel metallurgy, automobile and shipbuilding, heavy machining, and bearing manufacturing.
