The 30g slurry with a concentration of 10% is evenly placed on the smooth grinding cylinder wall, the cutter roller and the grinding cylinder rotate at a certain speed, and the cutter roller applies pressure to the slurry at a pressure of 33bar, and the cutter roller and the grinding cylinder stop refining after reaching a certain number of revolutions, and the typical refining time is generally 2-10 minutes.

How it works

Put the pre-prepared slurry sample evenly into the grinding cylinder wall, press the left and right buttons with both hands at the same time, the cutter roller automatically moves to the upper part of the grinding cylinder and descends to the middle of the grinding cylinder, the grinding cylinder head is automatically closed, the cutter roller and the grinding cylinder rotate at a certain speed, the cutter roller is applied to the slurry sample with a certain pressure for refining, after reaching the preset number of revolutions, the cutter roller and the grinding cylinder stop rotating, and the left and right buttons are pressed with both hands at the same time, and the cutter roller returns to the initial position.
