Instrument structure

The instrument is driven by a stepper motor and provides precise movement control. Six scribing clips are mounted on the carriage through the carriageThe movement drives the stitch to move on the glass sheet coated with a new wet film. The instrument will automatically stop when the test is timed. Instrument adoptionTouch screen display and operation. In order to facilitate the observation and positioning of each key point of drying, there are two mechanical buttons, and the function corresponds to the touchTouch the "<<" (rewind) and ">>" (fast forward) on the screen. The instrument automatically displays the distance-to-time conversion corresponding to the test timingcoefficients, but still retains the distance-time conversion scale.

Procedure

1. Preparation before the test:

(1) The test should be carried out under the condition of constant temperature and humidity.

(2) The instrument should be placed on a flat table away from strong magnetic fields and strong electromagnetic pulse interference.

2. Operation method:

(1) Turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch at the rear of the instrument.

(2) Attach a suitable needle (ball or point) to the clip clip so that the needle bar is perpendicular to the glass piece.

(3) Touch screen operation: The test timing can be switched by touching the test timing value, with a total of 10 levels of cyclic switching. Touch "<<" (rewind) and ">>" (fast forward) to move the stitch position, and the touchscreen will display the corresponding time (negative to the left of the zero and positive to the right) for the current selected test timing. It will automatically stop when rewind or fast forward through the zero position, which is convenient for returning to the zero position. Tap ">" to display an auto-zero and start the test run with the current position as zero. The instrument will automatically stop when the test timer is reached. The status bar at the bottom of the touchscreen is used to display the instrument operation and operating status.

(4) If "00:00:00" is displayed but the marking pin is not in the desired zero position, use "<<", ">>" or ">" to move the marking pin to the desired zero position. Any position can be used as a zero position, but make sure that the distance from the zero position to the end of the glass strip is slightly greater than 304.8 mm (12 inches), otherwise the test run will be interrupted by touching the limit switch in advance.

(5) Remove the glass sheet and prepare a wet film on the glass sheet (the wet film should meet the relevant standards or meet the requirements agreed by the buyer and the seller). Replace the glass piece back on the stand.

(6) Put down the needle clamp to make the needle contact with the coating layer.

(7) Select the appropriate test timing, touch ">", and the carriage will start to move slowly to the right. If you want to change your selection, you must press the stop button before you can make a new selection. When the test timer is reached, the instrument will automatically stop and the status bar will display "Test timer reached and automatically stopped".

(8) Evaluate the results of each drying stage corresponding to the observation trajectory.

Description: As shown in the figure, the test was carried out 2 hours after the coating began to dry (at the beginning of the trajectory (3)); By 5 hours, it has been dry (at the beginning of trajectory (5), the trajectory disappears).

Precautions

(1) After the instrument is used, it should be cleaned and maintained in time.

(2) Before cutting off the power supply, it is advisable to move the marking needle to the zero position first (with the function of "<<" or ">>" to cross the zero and self-stop), which can be convenient for the next use.

(3) If the "00:00:00" position of the pin is not the required zero position, you can use "<<" or ">>" to move the pin to the required zero position. Tap ">" to start the test run, and the display will automatically zero and the current position as the new zero position. Then you can use the zero-crossing self-stop function of "<<" or ">>" to return to the zero position.

(4) The display unit of the time-position conversion factor (min/inch or h/inch) and the spacing of the conversion scale scale are in inches (inches) to facilitate time conversion.

(6) The glass strip holder can be used to place glass plates with a size of 180×340 mm (the glass plate is provided by the user).
