Application

The NWZ stain resistance tester is used in laboratories to evaluate the stain resistance of interior wall paints. The difficulty of removing stains from the dry film surface after contamination is different for different paint dry film surfaces, and this degree of difficulty reflects the stain resistance of the dry film surface, that is, stain resistance. At present, the most used test method is based on ASTM D4828 and GB/T9780-2013 standards, scraping the coating film on a black plastic sheet and curing it in a standard state for 7 days, testing the reflectivity of the dry film, then coating the stain on the dry film, scrubbing a certain number of times on the stain resistance testing machine after a certain period of time, and then rinsing and drying the coating film to test the reflectance coefficient of the scrubbing area. The stain resistance of the coating film was evaluated by comparing the secondary reflection coefficients before and after. This machine is configured as a dual grinding head assembly.

Use the operating instructions

1. Put the test plate in the working plate, flatten it with a rectangular frame, and then clamp the frame with quick fixtures on both sides (the height of the rubber chuck can be adjusted according to the thickness of the test plate), and the test plate shall not have a series of movement in the work.

2. Remove the grinding head, fix the absorbent cotton gauze that meets the requirements on the grinding head, put it into the grinding head frame on the beam, and add 500 grams of counterweight to make it weigh 1500 grams.

3. Turn on the power supply, the counter shows "0", press the preset button to reach the required number of times, then press the start switch, the grinding head starts to move, and the grinding head stops moving after the counter counts to the set value.

4. Remove the test board and judge.

5. If you want to continue the test, you must first press the counter reset switch (RESET), the counter will show back to zero (otherwise it will not start), and then press the start switch, and the counter will start counting again.
