Introduction

 Oral dissolution film coating and slitting machineRxg-01/50csfzIt is an efficient multi-functional equipment, integrating unwinding, coating, laminating, drying, slitting and encapsulation, with a coating width of 50mm and a production speed of up to 5 m/min. The equipment is driven by a stepper motor, equipped with a tension control system, a touch screen operation interface, and a high-precision hob cross-cutting to ensure the accuracy of coating and slitting, covering an area of only 2.3 square meters, suitable for the precision production of oral film and other film products.

1. The body of the equipment is composed of aluminum alloy + high electrostatic spraying plate.

2. Gluing width adjustment deviceThe width adjustment device is composed of food-grade plastic and a movable brace.

3. The machine is equipped with two discharging racks, when the two materials are misaligned and deviated in the process of lamination, the deviation correction device automatically adjusts the material rack to move left and right to achieve the effect of aligning the two materials.

4. Rubberized roller groupThe rubberized roller group is made of double-drum precision machined parts, and the transmission is stable.

6. Thickness adjustment: Adjustment of the coating thickness required when the dial gauge is glued. The thickness of the gluing can be adjusted by rotating the left and right handwheels on the gluing roller frame clockwise or counterclockwise, and the specific thickness is determined according to the dial gauge indication.

7. Transmission platformThe transmission platform is made of stainless steel, and its main function is to connect the substrate after gluing to the next process.

8. The traction roller group pulls the substrate to the upper and lower rollers of the traction roller by hand, tightens the handwheel on the frame to make the traction roller, the rubber ring of the upper roller is in contact with the lower roller, and the traction roller group pulls the substrate over through power transmission to complete the coating work.
