Product Introduction

Electric pencil hard testing machine is specially used for spraying hardness testing of various finished products, such as: mobile phone shells, MP3/MP4 shells, laptop shells and other home appliance digital product shell spraying hardness tests. The machine is controlled by electric (semi-automatic), and the machine is driven by a stepper motor to achieve forward and backward action, with low noise and stability! The test schedule is adjustable according to specific requirements!

Pencil hardness tester test instructions

The hardness pencil is fixed at an angle of 45°, so that the front tip of the pen is in contact with the surface of the coating layer, and an appropriate load is applied, and the test platform is moved according to a certain speed (JIS specification 0.5mm/second, 1 revolution is equal to 5mm/min) to move the surface of the coating layer through the pen core, and the softest pencil grade that will not cause damage (scratches) can be regarded as the hardness of the coating layer. (The above individual parameters may be adjusted)
