Product Overview
This coating machine uses a dual coating method of wire rods and scrapers, suitable for materials with high, medium, and low viscosities. Effective coating area of 400×200mm, equipped with vacuum adsorption function, can fix thin substrates such as films and aluminum foil, reducing displacement during coating. Equipped with heating function, temperature range from room temperature up to 180°C, temperature uniformity ±1°C, suitable for hot melt adhesives, resins, and other materials requiring heating coating. Coating speed adjustable from 1~300mm/s, coating length freely set. Servo motor drive, touchscreen control, easy operation.
