MODERNER HNQ tack back tester is a tester with a mass of 500g and a test base area of 1 square centimeter. It is used to measure the adhesion of paint film and other dried surfaces, and to judge the adhesion of paints, coatings, inks, etc. The performance of the product is a viscometer with a very simple structure, and the material is stainless steel.
The HNQ tack back tester is mainly used to test the adhesion on the surface of the paint film after it dries.
(1) Tin plate: 60x120x0.2~0.3 mm
(2) Filter paper: medium-speed quantitative filter paper 20x20mm
(3) Absorbent cotton ball: 1cm² loose cotton ball
(4) Temperature and humidity control box: DL302 type
(5) Magnifying glass: four times
(6) Back viscosity tester: weight 500g, bottom area 1cm²
1) According to the "General Preparation Method of Paint Film", prepare a paint film on a tin plate, a copper sheet (or a substrate specified in a product standard).
2) Then dry according to the drying conditions specified in the product standard.
3) Put the filter paper with the smooth side down on the paint film at a distance of not less than 1 cm from the edge of the sample, put it in a temperature and humidity control box, and preheat the filter paper under the conditions of temperature 40±1°C and relative humidity 80±2%. Put the back viscosity tester in the middle of the filter paper, and close the temperature and humidity control box. Rise to a temperature of 40±1°C and a relative humidity of 80±2% in 5 minutes, and keep for 10 minutes under these conditions.
4) Quickly remove the analyzer vertically and take out the sample. Place it under constant temperature and humidity conditions for 15 minutes, and observe the results with a four-fold magnifying glass.
1. Turn the sample upside down, the filter paper can fall freely, or tap a few times with the index finger of the hand holding the plate, and the filter paper can fall down as grade 1.
2. Gently lift the filter paper sheet, allowing impressions, sparse and slight filter paper fibers sticking, the total area of the fibers is less than 1/3 cm 2 is grade 2.
3. Gently lift the filter paper sheet, allowing for imprints and dense filter paper fibers, the total area of the fibers is less than 1/3 to 1/2 cm2, which is grade 3.
Note: During the test, three samples are prepared for each sample at the same time for measurement, and the grade of the two samples with the same results is the evaluation result.
