JJG 2060-2014 "pH (acidity) Measurement Appliances" applies to the quantity transfer and calibrating of pH Measurement Appliances. This verification system table specifies the method, procedure and optimal measurement capability for transferring pH values from the Measurement Benchmark to the Measurement Appliances at all levels of work through the metrology standard. The national benchmark adopts the non-liquid-connected Harned-cell reference battery method, covering the pH 0-14 range, with an extended uncertainty of 0.005 (k = 3). Benchmark measurement devices include a battery pack consisting of a platinum (palladium) Hydrogen electrode and a silver/silver chloride electrode, a battery potential measurement instrument, a precision Thermostatic water bath, a temperature measurement system, and an atmospheric pressure measurement instrument. These devices ensure the accuracy and traceability of pH Measurement and can be used as a reliable basis for calibrating work.
