Paint adhesion detection

Then cover the entire grid area with tape or adhesive film tape and quickly tear off the tape or film tape. Depending on the condition of the paint layer on the torn tape or film tape, the adhesion of the paint surface can be assessed if it peels or falls off.

Pull-off Test:

Tensile testing is a method of testing the adhesion of a paint surface using a special tensile instrument. The instrument attempts to peel off the paint layer by applying a tensile force. The fixture on the instrument adheres to the paint surface and applies a force to peel it off. The adhesion of the paint surface can be determined according to the value of the peeling force and the condition of the peeling area.

Adhesion Tape Test:

This is a simple paint adhesion test method. Paste a special adhesion test tape on the paint surface and quickly tear off the tape. Depending on the condition of the paint layer after tearing off the tape, if it peels or falls off, the adhesion of the paint surface can be evaluated.
