Experimental procedure

1) The hardness, wear resistance and adhesion of the paint film on the surface of the floor substrate According to GB/T17657-1999 "Experimental methods for physical and chemical ", the hardness and wear resistance of the paint film are tested; according to GB/T17657-1999 /T9286-1998 "Paints and varnishes - cross-cut test of paint film", testing the adhesion of paint film. The test was repeated three times for each coating amount, and the test results were averaged.

2) The flexibility of the paint film on the surface of the glass plate

Refer to GB/T6742-2007 "Paints and Varnishes - Bending Test (Cylindrical Shaft)" to measure the flexibility of the paint film. 1) With the increase of the coating amount of UV paint, the flexibility of the paint film gradually decreases, the wear resistance increases, and the adhesion decreases; when the coating amount reaches a certain value, the test value can truly reflect the hardness of the paint film, and The hardness does not increase with the increase of coating amount.

2) Excessive application of UV paint will not only have an adverse effect on the comprehensive performance of the paint film, but also increase production costs; but if the application amount is too small, the paint film will not be able to protect the floor substrate. Considering the surface and the performance of the paint and other factors, the best coating amount of the longan floor substrate is 120~160g/㎡  .

3) Improving the wear resistance of the paint film only by increasing the amount of coating will affect the flexibility and adhesion of the paint film. During use, the floor will have quality risks such as cracking and peeling of the paint film .
