(1) Add water into the tank and heat it. When the temperature of the water is above 80°C, start to add polyvinyl alcohol, continue to heat up to 99°C and keep warm until all the PVA is completely melted in the water, and then slightly lower the temperature to 85~90°C .
(2) Add formaldehyde and conduct condensation reaction with polyvinyl alcohol for about 20 minutes.
(3) Add urea, and quickly cool down. When the solution temperature is 40~50°C, add plasticizer methyl methacrylate.
(4) Add IV thickener, SPA-102 defoamer and polyvinylamide solution.
(5) Add ethylene glycol, stir well and filter through a sieve.
Since the paint can form a mesh film on the decorative surface after brushing, the paint layer has better air permeability. The mesh film has the advantages of strong adhesion, water washing resistance, friction resistance, and can effectively reduce the toxicity and irritation of volatile substances in the coating due to air permeability and dissipation. Moreover, the paint has the advantages of simple and convenient construction, various decorative patterns, low price, harmlessness and no pollution.
