Dry Crack Resistance Tester

A special instrument designed and manufactured according to the provisions of the initial drying crack resistance test in GB9779 "Clad architectural coatings". It mainly uses the determination of the initial drying crack resistance of clad architectural coatings. The instrument uses an axial flow fan to supply air, and the wind speed can be adjusted steplessly.

Structural axial flow fan, test wind tunnel, test frame and air volume control device, Timer, anemometer, Timer delay range of 0.01 seconds to 99 hours and 99 minutes, in line with the standard GB/T 9779-88.

The QKL-II initial drying crack resistance Tester designed and manufactured according to the national standard GB9779-88 is mainly suitable for the initial drying crack resistance test of architectural coatings and indoor and outdoor building putty under the condition of specified wind speed.

Used for the determination of cracking resistance performance of laminated architectural coatings, equipped with handheld Anemometer measurement of wind speed, Fan Power 100W, wind speed in wind tunnel 3 + 0.3m/s, anemometer range 0~10m/s.

Using 100W axial flow fan to supply air, the wind speed can be stepless adjustment, in line with GB/T 9779 standard, suitable for the determination of the initial drying anti-cracking performance of laminated architectural coatings.
