Used to test the scratch performance of various wood-based panels and veneer wood-based panels, in line with standards GB/T15102, GB/T17657, GB/T18102.

The scratch performance of metal surface coatings can be measured, and it is also suitable for the surface scratch performance evaluation of Coated steel single coatings or composite coatings. The length of the scribing needle is 100mm, the traverse speed of the scribing needle is 30mm/s, the diameter of the scribing needle steel ball is 1mm, and the load (loading) range is 50~2000g.
