Solvent Rub Resistance Tester

Meets ASTM D5409, GB/T 23989 standards; MEK reciprocating wiping method, suitable for inks test solvent-resistant wiping; speed 20~ 85cpm, 14mm diameter wiping head.

It is used to evaluate the solvent wiping performance or paper wiping performance of Coatings and inks. The wiping test stroke is 110mm, the wiping test frequency is 20~85cpm, the sample size is 50 * 250mm, the contact surface diameter is 50 × 90mm, the friction load is 1000g, and the additional counterweight is 250-250-500g.

Used to test the solvent resistance of aluminum-plastic composite panels and similar substrate coatings. Visually detect whether the substrate is exposed at the scrubbing place by scrubbing the coating under specified solvents and conditions. The instrument has a wipe test stroke of 100mm and a wipe test frequency of 100cpm
