Initial Tack Tester

The ring initial tack Tester is compact and delicate in structure, using imported Sensors and motors, and is mainly used for the initial adhesion of various products such as tapes and gluing agents.

The tilt angle is adjustable from 0 to 60 ° and the width of the table is 120mm, which is suitable for the accurate determination of various adhesive materials.

The initial tack is tested by the inclined rolling ball method, and the adjustable tilt angle is 0~40 °. The steel ball is made of GCr15 bearing steel, and the accuracy exceeds GB/T308 grade 40.

The inclined surface rolling method is used to test the initial tack of the sample through adhesion, and the tilt angle is 0~60 °, which conforms to the national standards of GB 4852 and JIS Z0237.
