According to: national standard GB7706, in line with JIS5701 and ISO9000 organ standards, with automatic shutdown function, suitable for inks and printing products, color printing box wear resistance, decolorization degree test.

Designed for printing ink layer, photosensitive layer and related surface coatings abrasion resistance testing. Its multi-functional design includes dry grinding test, wet grinding test, decolorization change test, as well as paper blur test and special friction test, which can effectively analyze the key performance of printing products such as friction resistance, adhesion, ink layer peeling, inks decolorization, and PS version printing resistance.

Printing ink layer for evaluating abrasion resistance, Friction Frequency 20~ 60cpm, friction stroke 110mm, grinding head weight 1000g, load weight 1000g, friction area 90 * 50mm.

The sample size is 140 * 50mm, which conforms to AATCC standards and has power failure memory function. It is suitable for testing the colour fastness of Spinning & weaving products such as yarn, yarn dyeing, printing and dyeing.

Friction pressure 20 ± 0.2N, PVC operation panel, embedded standard friction table, set the number of friction times, automatically complete the test, in line with GB/T7706 standard.

According to JIS-5071-1/TAPPI-UM486 TAPPI-UM487, it is used to test the adhesion of inks to judge the quality of inks. It can be used for dry grinding test, wet grinding test, decolorization change test, paper fuzz test and special friction test.
