Cross-Cut Tester

Adopt PLC control and touch screen operation, support a variety of cross marking modes (such as 6 × 1, 11 × 2) and 0-1000mm/min speed adjustment, with automatic clamping and 90 degree swirl/spin function, suitable for accurate testing of different Film thickness samples.

The device uses metal scraping needle to cross scribe with 5-15N force, which can measure the color difference before and after scraping. It has two scribing speed and length combinations, nine predetermined cross scribing modes and free program control, and has a wide clamping range and convenient operation.
