Features

The MEGA-CHEK series coating Thickness Gauges are split in structure, equipped with a large backlit screen, multi-language menu display, and can be configured with different probes as needed. The use of high-performance intelligent measuring probes equipped with a microcontroller that automatically converts the analog model into a digital signal and transmits it to the host computer results in excellent accuracy and repeatability.

The high-precision probe is connected to the host through a special cable, and the probe with different functions only needs to be replaced, without replacing the cable, and the cable is suitable for all kinds of probes, which is extremely cost-effective.

Choose from a wide range of probes: iron-based, non-iron-based, iron/non-iron-based, small diameter probes, large range side heads, and dual-angle probes.

The main unit can be powered by a 3×1.5V battery or a 3x1.2V rechargeable battery.

The MEGA-CHEK has a fast scanning function, especially for the measurement of rough or sandblasted surface coatings, and the coating thickness can be measured in a matter of seconds.

The quick scan function also measures the thickness of the galvanized layer.

During continuous rapid scan measurements, a thickness simulation can be displayed on the display.
