HG60S Introduction

3nh/3nh Paint Gloss Meter HG60S is an economical gloss meter with a measuring angle of 60°. It is a gloss testing instrument designed and manufactured according to the national standard GB/T 9754 and ISO 2813. HG60S Paint Gloss Meter has a super large color LCD display, beautiful and stylish appearance design, high-quality hardware inside, and a built-in rechargeable battery, which is not only environmentally friendly but also has a long service life. HG60S switch method

1. Press and hold the "Switch/Measurement button" for 3 seconds to turn on the machine, the indicator light will light up and display the Logo interface. After a few seconds, the HG60S Paint Gloss Meter will automatically enter the measurement interface. After turning on the machine, press and hold the " Switch/Measurement button" again" 3 seconds, then shut down.

2. If the HG60S Paint Gloss Meter is not operated within 5 minutes , the HG60S Paint Gloss Meter will enter the off-screen state; if the HG60S Paint Gloss Meter is not operated within 1 minute after the screen is off, the HG60S Paint Gloss Meter will automatically shut down .

HG60S Calibration Instructions

1. HG60S Paint Gloss Meter has the function of automatic calibration when it is turned on.

2. It is designed to choose whether to turn on the automatic calibration function. When the last shutdown is manual shutdown, the next startup will automatically calibrate; when the last shutdown is 5 minutes after the screen is turned off automatically, the next startup will not automatically calibrate.

3. When the environment in which the HG60S paint gloss meter is used changes (such as drastic changes in altitude, temperature, humidity, etc.), the paint gloss meter must be calibrated.

4. In order to ensure the accuracy of calibration, please use the standard plate provided by the original factory. Before calibration, please wipe the working surface of the standard plate with a cloth to make sure the working surface is clean, so as to prevent the dust on the standard plate from affecting the calibration effect .

5. The standard plate is a precision optical component, which needs to be kept away from exposure to light. Due to environmental factors, the photometric data of the standard plate will change over time. It is recommended that the user regularly send the standard plate back to the original factory or a qualified metrology institute for calibration testing (recommended once a year).
