Introduction

LB-T500 is used to test the bending resistance of materials, is a kind of elastic performance index of materials, easy to use and fast, after the instrument clamps the specimen press the test button, the instrument automatically rotates the specimen to bend it to a certain angle and records the force value (unit mN), and displays the torque (unit mN·m) at the same time, the user can select different specimen bending length 10mm, 25mm, 50mm, and automatically return to the initial measurement position after the test is completed, ready for the next test.

Using high-precision load cell, the accuracy is controlled at <1%; The transparent plastic cover is both easy to use and protects the measuring head from damage caused by unintentional forces. The automatic control system with preset angles makes testing faster and more accurate. Aluminum alloy panel, good stainless steel chuck, to ensure that the instrument is durable;

 LCD Chinese display, friendly man-machine interface operation. Fully automatic completion of the test, with the function of statistical processing of test data, printout of test report, average value, maximum value, minimum value and test value of each group (ten times) test data, which is convenient for technical experimenters to quickly collect statistics and compile test reports;

 The calibration program is specially set up inside the instrument, which is convenient for the measurement and calibration department (third party) to calibrate the instrument. For calibration, the instrument can be calibrated for indicative accuracy using standard weights or force measuring devices.
