QHow to avoid electrode polarization when measuring conductivity?
A Electrode polarization is a measurement error caused by electrochemistry on the electrode surface. It is recommended to use a Conductivity Meter with automatic polarization compensation, or regular Counter electrode cleaning and repair.
QWhat if there are fluctuating or unstable measurement results?
A Volatile or unstable measurement results may be due to electrode surface contamination, electrode aging, or electromagnetic interference. It is recommended to clean the electrodes, replace the aging electrodes, or stay away from possible electromagnetic sources.
