According to GB/T 5162-2006/ISO3953:1993 standard design, adjustable amplitude and vibration times, equipped with adjustable speed motor and microcomputer control, support for simultaneous testing of two samples, and automatically calculate and print test results, repeability and accuracy errors are less than 1%.

Introduction

Powder density refers to the mass corresponding to a unit volume of powder. Due to the gaps (or pores) between the particles or inside the particles in the powder, the density of the powder is usually less than the true density of the corresponding substance. The tap density refers to the density of the powder contained in the container after being tapped under specified conditions.

HY-100(B) powder density Tester is a powder density Tester independently developed and manufactured according to the national standard GB/T 5162-2006/ISO3953:1993 (determination of tap density) and referring to the United States Pharmacopoeia, with independent knowledge property. The instrument covers all indicators in the national standard GB/T 5162-2006/ISO3953:1993.

Features

HY-100(B) Powder Density Tester is composed of adjustable speed motor, vibrating components, microcomputer and micro printer. The amplitude and frequency of vibration can be set by yourself. During the vibration process, the vibrating component rotates at a small angle to ensure that the material is uniform. It also automatically calculates and prints the test results, and can test two samples at the same time.
