Introduction

HYL-101 Scott volumetric bulk density Tester is a powder bulk density Tester developed by our company according to the national standard GB5060-85 (Measurement of bulk density of metal powder—Part II: Scott volumetric method) test device. Its indicators are in line with the provisions of national standards.

principle

The powder is put into the sieve in the upper combination funnel, flows into the distribution box naturally or by external force, alternately passes through the four quartz glass plates with an inclination angle of 25° and the square funnel in the distribution box, and finally flows into a cylindrical cup with a known volume. In a loose state. The mass of powder in the cylindrical cup is then weighed.

Instrument structure

(1) Upper Combination Funnel

It is assembled by two stainless steel (304 material) conical funnels, the diameter of the upper port is Φ112mm, the diameter of the lower port is Φ30mm, and the Total length is 30+850mm. Screen: 1.18mm stainless steel screen.

(2) Fabric box

The cross-section is square, and there are four 2mm thick quartz glass baffles obliquely inlaid on the aluminum frame. The front and rear walls of the frame are plexiglass plates; the four quartz glass plates can be pulled out for easy cleaning.

(3) square funnel
