Overview of TCJ elastic impact Tester

JinKeLian TCJ elastic impact Tester has a conduit height of 1265mm and complies with ISO6272M, ASTMD2794, NCCAⅡ-10 and X-1, ECCA Meth. No.5, NFT30-039 and other standards. TCJ elastic impact Tester is used to test the cracking resistance of paints, varnishes and other products under standard conditions when the dry film is deformed by the impact of a heavy hammer or from the glass substrate. The results of the TCJ elastic impact Tester are calculated based on the kilograms-meters (inches-pounds) required for cracking or peeling caused by coating deformation.

1) Pass/fail test (i.e. test with a weight of specified mass and a drop height to see if the test results meet specific specifications);

2) Grading test (that is, by gradually increasing the weight height and/or mass to determine the minimum mass and drop height when the coating is cracked or peeled off from the bottom layer).

Structural composition of TCJ elastic impact Tester

The elastic impact Tester is mainly composed of a conduit, a height limit ring, a hand wheel, a bracket, a base, a level adjustment foot, a level bubble, a compression sleeve for compressing the test plate, and a locking handle. There are two types of scales on the catheter, centimeters and inches, corresponding to ISO and ASTM standards.
