Introduction

HBS-3000 digital Brinell Hardness Tester is a mechatronics product with precise mechanical structure and microcomputer control closed-loop system, the instrument cancels the weight, adopts electric loading and unloading test force, feedback by 0.5‰ precision pressure sensor, CPU control and can automatically compensate for the loss of test force in the test. The indentation can be directly measured on the instrument through the micrometer eyepiece, and the test force, indentation length, dwelling time, number of measurements, conversion scale, date and time can be displayed more intuitively on the large screen. The data results can be saved and viewed in a table, or output through the built-in printer, and equipped with RS232 interface for users to connect to a computer for output. The Hardness Tester can also be equipped with a video measuring device and an automatic CCD image measuring system according to the user's special needs.

Scope of application

It is suitable for the hardness determination of cast iron, steel, non-ferrous metals and soft alloys and other materials, as well as the hardness determination of some non-metallic materials such as hard plastics and bakelites.
