Introduction

Brinell Hardness Testers are mainly used to measure the Brinell hardness of materials. Brinell measurement is mainly used to measure castings or forgings with a crystalline structure that cannot be tested using Rockwell and Vickers measurements. For this reason, Brinell testing is mainly used on large materials. By using different forces and changing different indenters, Brinell tests can be applied to almost all metal materials.

Brinell testing is widely used in product acceptance and other industrial applications. However, if the Brinell test is performed only on one part of a large material, the measured value is not representative of the overall properties of the material as a whole or the final product.

Brinell Hardness Tester. It is suitable for Brinell hardness determination of ferrous metals and non-ferrous metals. The machine adopts electronic automatic loading, computer software programming, high-magnification optical measurement, photoelectric sensing and other systems, which are fed back by high-precision pressure sensors, controlled by CPU and can automatically compensate for the test force lost in the test. The hardness value can be automatically calculated and displayed on the LCD screen, with accurate reading and easy operation.

Features

●Force sensor, force feedback, closed-loop system

●Force range: 62.5kgf~3000kgf

FAQ
QIs the price listed on the website the final cost for overseas purchases?
ANo, it isn't. This is the ex-factory price of the product in the Chinese Mainland. In addition to this price, buyers from different countries need to account for additional costs such as shipping fees, tariffs, and others. For specific regional quotes, please consult our customer service or fill out a quotation form.
QWhat is the specific process for purchasing the product?
AFirst, please click on the quotation form on the website and fill in detailed information. Our customer service personnel will then send you a quotation based on your specific country and region, confirming payment and delivery methods. Following this, we proceed with contract signing, payment, and shipment. You can then await delivery.
QWhat should I do if the instrument I purchase needs repair?
AAfter-sales repair for overseas instruments is an unavoidable issue. Our repair terms stipulate that the sender is responsible for the shipping and insurance costs incurred for the repair. Repairs within the warranty period are free, while repair costs beyond the warranty period are determined based on the actual situation.
