The FET-9NS portable flaw Detector is easy to carry and is suitable for online and offline flaw detection of metal pipes and rods, steel pipes, aluminum tubes and copper pipes, etc. The internal penetrating probe can detect various defects on the inner wall of the pipe. It has a relatively independent test channel, which can drive a combined probe composed of absolute and differential coils. The detection channel can simultaneously collect data, and is used to detect longitudinal cracks and transverse defects (such as splines) in the production of metal pipes. Axial defects such as cracks and openings have high sensitivity. During the production process, the cracks and damages of products caused by faults can be reliably detected. The signal acquired by the detection channel can be displayed on the screen in real time in the impedance plane diagram and time-based scanning diagram. It can adapt to the detection requirements of various metal pipes, and because of the fully digital design, multiple standard detection programs or expert systems can be established in the instrument, which is convenient for users to call when changing product specifications.
